Hudson: Detroit, Michigan 1910-1957. Hudson produced some of America's finest and fleetest automobilkes throughout its forty-seven year history. In 1919 it was third in sales behind Ford and Chevrolet. It ranked third, fourth and fifth through 1930. Hudson then had an up and down history of management and merger with Nash and Packard. One of its most famous models was the Hornet in 1948.
